Visits of Partners and Friends Fall 2021

After two years of cancelled visits due to the Corona pandemic, our EVS/EMS partners, Kerstin Sommer and Uwe Gräbe, visited our school from Sunday 21 till Tuesday 23 November 2021. They had a lot to catch up with at JLSS visiting different departments and checking on new projects. They were able to see the progress in the works of the hangar project which was financed by EVS. The photovoltaic project, kindly financed by the Rotary Foundation, was another project they were delighted to see.
They travelled to Beirut to attend the Schneller board meeting on Tuesday evening.
Rev. Gräbe returned to JLSS to welcome with Rev. Haddad His Excellency the German Ambassador in Lebanon, Andreas Kidl, who visited Schneller School on Saturday 27 November. This was not the first visit of ambassador Kindl, but this time he was able to see the hangar project and the already completed photovoltaic project.

Bruce Clark of Embrace the Middle East - UK visited JLSS on 13 December. It was his first visit, so he was shown around the school and its various departments. Embrace/BibleLands supported JLSS from early times. We thank Bruce for his visit and Embrace for the long partnership and great support JLSS received through the years.
