Alton Roberts Chemistry Awards 2013/2014

Hiba Sati and Yousef Shakrina won the Alton Roberts Chemistry Awards for the academic year 2013/2014. These awards are in memory of the Rev. Dr. C. Alton Roberts who was a former teacher at JLSS and the late president of the Lutheran Board for Mission Support - USA.
Both Hiba and Yousef, who had the highest grades in Chemistry in their class this year, received the awards and a cheque for fifty US Dollars each, during morning chapel on Monday 2 June 2014.
We congratulate them both and thank Rev. Carl Shankweiler, Mr. Aziz Shalaby, and the Lutheran Board for Mission Support - USA for these awards and their wonderful support of our school.
