Alton Roberts Chemistry Awards 2012/2013

Yousef Shakrina and Ali Fares won the Alton Roberts Chemistry Awards for the academic year 2012/2013. These awards are in memory of the Rev. Dr. C. Alton Roberts who was a former teacher at JLSS and the late president of the Lutheran Board for Mission Support - USA. Both Yousef and Ali, who had the highest grades in Chemistry in their class this year, received the awards and a cheque for fifty US Dollars each, during morning chapel on Monday 13 May 2013.
We congratulate them both and thank Rev. Carl Shankweiler, Mr. Aziz Shalaby, and the Lutheran Board for Mission Support - USA for their wonderful support of our school.
